Originally from Grand Forks, ND, Chelsea is a UND alum and now lives in Horace with her husband, Chris, their two kids, Riley and Rowan, and their dog, Harley. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and volunteering with Hope Blooms and the Great Plains Food Bank.
