SIMPLE COMMISSION SCHEDULE

We offer a simple commission split structure on a graduated commission scale with no minimum production repayment. There is nominal Marketing/Technology charge ($75 per month).

You will receive your commission check within 24 hours of our receipt of your closing check.

ELITE AGENT CAPPING BONUS

Once you have reached the 100% cap, you will receive dedicated support from a company-paid, licensed assistant to help with administrative tasks and other functions related to your real estate transactions.
